I'm not entering ATR.
All right! Now that we have that cleared up. XD While thrashing about in the throes of art rut over the past few weeks, I decided on a lark to create some reference material for the characters I would have used if I were entering the Artists at the Ready tournament. (Seen here: )
This quickly got out of hand, and you see the result here. (And in the previous faux teaser I uploaded a bit before this.) But hey, art is art so why let it go to waste, eh?
It's a bit of a challenge creating ref sheets for characters who already have them, without sounding like you're telling simply the same information over and over again. And if you are, making it at least entertaining. Though one of these days I think I should make some sort of proper introduction for Oliver since he's never really been fully explained.
Some last minute details that didn't make it in:
Ree is from a story of the same name, no, it has not been released/published. Her song is "Ohne Zuschlag" by Din Stalker. She is a young girl possessed by hell itself and, in the ATR universe, would more than likely be mortified knowing that there are so many other characters in the 'young girl + demons' vein that she'd likely be begging me not to write a story about her.
Oliver is from no story, to clear that up once and for all. He was created for an OCT that never ended up happening. Now he is an orphaned character looking for a home with what is possibly the most frightening puppy dog expression a human being could make. (Yes, he's human.) His song is.. hell I dunno. Vindaloo? Look it up on youtube. XD
Rigg is from an old, old old storyline of mine entitled Jaoh or City of Jaoh. It never got too far along the lines, seeing as how futuristic stories aren't entirely my cup of tea, but he was a good character I enjoyed very much, and would definitely like to show more of him, his companion the Bug, and their buxom overseer, the Psycher Victoria. His song is the Hell's Laboratory theme from FF6. Haha.
Anyway. Back to work.

I honestly cant wait to see Oliver doing something wicked. Every time I see that smile of his it fills me with a mixture of joy and excitement for something terrible he might, and probably will do.

I love Oliver, he has such a great fashion sense, and quite the gentleman as well. His design just blows me away (and it seems you like to draw him very frequently) xD

You carry a great theme of companionship.
I notice that with your characters you often put a really effective stress on relationships. The functional, loving, dysfunctional and of course the bizarre.
I guess I just wanted to voice how I appreciate this sort of exploration, and moreover, how effectively you continue to employ it.
Of course, well done on the sheets. Looks like just the ticket to abolish any form of block, art or otherwise haha.

I kept myself out of ATTR for two reasons: To not even have a chance of stopping an awesome artist from entering; and two: To appreciate all the works from the other contestants.
That said, this is awesome, great graphic design on this sheets and, obviously, great character development and design.

impressive demonstration of your graphic skills - it's refreshing to see the fluid lines, clever expressions and colorful treatment of your drawings.
I would definitely like to see more of Oliver: he seems the crazy and subversive kind of character from which we could expect amazing stories.

Oh, I'm not jealous or anything. Whether or not you can create such a beautiful mishmash of stylistically coherent reference pieces, fully polished to pro quality, with full, characteristically-sound descriptions of each, for a potentially awesome OCT that you won't even actually be entering-- ...really shouldn't be something of my concern, I don't suppose.

Ahh, I love your referance sheets so much, you could put up dozens of the same character and I would never get tired of it.
What I always love the most is the layout and design of the character sheets themselves. Too many people just do FRONT SIDE BACK and maybe some headshots and everything on a white background and call it a day. Yours always have neat textures and words and drawings hidden in the background. (not so much in these but some of your others I spent forever just squinting at the screen trying to read the faint text and make out the pictures hidden behind everything, haha) I like their little 'icons' behind their names. (Is that a...brain behind Oli's? 
I'm really glad you introduced Rigg even though his story was kinda dropped; he seems really simple but interesting. (:
And it's a shame that you aren't entering ATR, because I would have really enjoyed seeing how these three worked together since they all seem to have such different backgrounds, fighting styles, and personalities.
