Description
A newish character of mine. I've always drawn her traditionally and so it might've been difficult to get her colors right. So, this happened at the request of Delvien. Rejan is a desert dwelling ice breather. Her color scheme is a bit deceptive. She has 6 prongs on one horn and 5 on the other.
