MY ARTSTATION MY BEHANCE MY INSTAGRAMHi guys old and new, here we are at the end of this little trip on the making of this unproduced animated shortmovie, this landscape has been developed for the first scene, a camera move up from the bottom of hell to the surface of the earth, every level of the planet is an excuse for to show something funny or quoting some old or famous franchise especially from the 80's collective imagination. I have had seriously a lot of fun on doing it, and i have learned a lot

arghhh conosco quella scena ma solo di fama, ancora non letto...e beh, una scelta coraggiosa quella di king, una cosa che da sola poteva affossare e incriminare il romanzo di brutte, bruttissime riletture faziose, detto questo in realtà tutto il romanzo trasmette un tatto enorme nella descrizione delle psicologie di tutti i protagonisti. So di per certo che anche questa scena avrà un suo perchè, e la descrizione renderà il tutto meno "strano" della semplice definizione dell'atto.

ma era, tra le altre cose, il passaggio all'età adulta, che è un tema molto presente nel libro!

Sì, h a un senso anche a livello di caratterizzazione! E' anche interessante come riesca
a vedere le cose dal punto di Beverly, che è una ragazza, e che quindi vive l'atto stesso leggermente diverso
da come può viverlo un maschio (mentalmente, e soprattutto fisicamente), ed è una cosa che mi ha molto
colpita ammetto!

beh se non fosse cosi king non sarebbe cosi strafamoso, evidentemente qualcosa di buono sa farla XD, nella scrittura di romanzi chi riesce a creare personaggi credibili e intensi è sempre un passo avanti agli altri. indipendente dalla storia che racconta. Cmq si chiaramente tutto IT è una lunga enorme metafora sul "coming of the age"

eheh si c'è da dire che qualunque traduzione in visivo che non sia una serie di almeno 10 episodi di un ora l'uno non potrà che essere una notevole riduzione del romanzo, è un romanzo densissimo di tutto, avvenimenti, introspezioni, indagini...a meno di dare il giusto tempo alle cose è un romanzo che sarà sempre destinato a essere "minimalizzato" su tutta la linea, IT il romanzo è superiore oggettivamente a qualunque suo adattamento in quanto è forte di una narrazione di alto livello e di profondità..i film che devono pure essre film di genere inevitabilmente ne colgono solo la parte più facilmente traducibile in immagini e le parti salienti..ma perde totalmente che c 'è dietro ogni parola, azione o scelta di ognuno dei singoli personaggi^^

ahah cmq ho sentito qualche rumor, mesi fa, in cui si parlava di una serie ambientata a derry...ma prima degli eventi narrati in IT, cioè una serie tratta da, ma che svilupperebbe episodi di Derry negli anni precedenti. Ora non per vantarmi ma era l'idea che avevo buttato là qualche settimana prima che la leggessi a un amico con cui si discuteva di IT! XD ba beh, spie...ahhaa. Cmq non perchè ho avuto io l'idea ahhahaha ma in effetti potrebbe essere interessante

I understand, my friend. Trust me, when I mention Dead Heat to my good friend and fellow RP guru, the Bearded Lantern, he cringes. See, he used to go to Atlanta to the comedy houses and shows up there back in the 1980s and he was good friends with Joe Piscopo who starred with Treat Williams and Vincent Price in this movie. Well, Mr. Piscopo begged him to ask friends to burn the copies of the VCR tapes ... "It was supposed to be a serious movie," he told the Bearded Lantern. "I swear!" I now own it on blu-ray ... got it for four dollars off of Amazon.

Gotcha. It was funny to watch my friend, the grandson to the Bearded Lantern, the Bionic Forearm, to tell all of the plan for when I pass to his mother with me sitting next to her on the couch. His mother just about had a stroke.

ah sorry is written all in description. sadly not produced, it was thuoght as an animated short movie, something funny but in the end the team has decided to stop the production..can happen..so now one year after i post the material produced during the pre production
