Oh, wow!That's really cool.If you still are trying to improvise on it,maybe you could put a little patch somewhere on it that has a plain base color.I don't know,but it's pretty cool!

I don't think you should clean this, haha. I like the way it looks rough and sketchy, then transfering to smooth coloring!
