Very lovely! I especially like the colouring.
One thing, though... The lines are rather "scratchy-looking". They aren't smooth like the colouring, and while sometimes such provides interesting texture effects, it just doesn't work for this picture. I'm assuming it's oekaki? Since I've never worked with that sort of thing, I don't know if it would be possible to smooth the lines out a bit...
