Making MLPIT character sprites in MLBIS style isn't hard at all. The graphics in MLPIT are not that different from the ones in MLBIS. For example, you could easily make a Bowser Jr. sprite sheet in MLBIS style by getting the Baby Bowser sprites from MLPIT, changing the colors, and drawing the mouth (use the mouth from the Nabbit sprite sheet) on the mask he wears around his neck. You should try it out.
