Nathan Upbelhoer, a medical augmentee embarked aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3), examines an abnormal irritation on a local Nicaraguan woman at the Juan Comenius High School medical clinic during the humanitarian assistance mission Continuing Promise (CP) 2008.
