Sihome LLC is a housing development project utilizing and converting old missile silos into luxury underground condominiums that can withstand natural and man made disasters. Sihome LLC is currently seeking a method of branding to reach its target audience. We have determined that our most effective means would be a full-page magazine ad whose readers would have a possible interest (such as Forbes, Time, and other Investment magazines). The look and feel will use blue for trust and safety, and yellow for comfort. Clean San Serif fonts will be used to emphasize the feeling of luxury and quality, and 3d renderings and pictures of what Americans typically idealize as a safe home will be utilized.
