Man, this took....4 hours? The render for this fractal was 1 and a half hours in addition.

Well, playing around with a few of my old patterns which I haven't used in ages. The large grid-thing is a new pattern file though.

I admit to looking at wallpaper collection sites for inspiration. I don't know if its helping any, but I just want to get this one down after being such a pain to finish. Dark parts, light parts, getting it to both contrast and blend...a nightmare by any other means.
