Well, I beg to differ. Having a lot of power doesn't mean he's unbeatable. Speed could probably beat Flare. Speed's already decently strong and rediculously fast, but he also has WAAAAYY more experience.

It says "cancels out any attack no matter how powerful for a LIMIYED TIME." Also if Speed knows what to expect, and he does, he can use different tactics to counter. If you know you'll lose one way, you'll try another way.

Flare has already beat speed before and has had time to grow stronger if speed couldn't beat him before he certainly couldn't beat him now with out his body most likely getting replaced 60 thousand times in the process

Stage 5 I could do on a limited scale thanks to the other virus I have. Stage 6 I don’t need because I already have control on all types ie., i can use all moves of any type. Stage 7, controlling category 1 and 2 I find boring, because I like a challenge, and canceling all attacks, same reason. But I can still use it in case I end up fighting Arceus or something.
