Description
This is the sort of main character that I am planning for a comic I might do, Rapun-Zel.
The story takes place in a world that is mostly covered in desert where nothing grows, because years and years before a catastrophe occurred. There are cities where things grow, but they can only do so by keeping a person (anyone at all) in the tower. This person is always the most saturated in magic, marked by how blue their skin is, because people with blue skin as opposed to natural skin tones.
Anyway, keeping the person in the tower slowly kills them, so if they were there since they were a baby, they would be dead in about 20 years.
They have food lifted up to them and nobody is in contact with them, because only really higher ups know that the tower has a person in it.
As a result, their hair never gets cut, and if they went before they learned to talk, they don't learn (like Zel)
these people are called Rapuns, for no real reason other than I very loosely based this on Rapunzel, and I needed to work that in.
The tower cannot be looked into, but whoever is in the tower can see everything going on with clarity.
Etc.

Anyway, the starry backround was to make this picture less boring.
