I don't know what to call this dragon so for now i'll call it the unknown dragon.

The dragon has no wings and it actually has two legs hiding in its tail. The legs are carried in the tail, but the dragon can remove them through a opening in the belly. While the legs are in the tail the bones in them will usually be disconnected. This allows the dragon to move without fear of snapping a joint. Once the legs are pulled out the tail will be smaller due to the loss of mass and it would not be used for movement until the legs retracted back into the tail.
