this is quite incorrect because in the movie cooler stated that he was already in 3rd form and became final form.
Now in Frieza's evolution he started off small than he grew big than became even bigger but than in final he became small.
So I will make a hypthesis that since Cooler's final form he is very large. His first form he is large than in his 2nd form he is smaller, and in his 3rd form he is small too, and than his final form he is large. So that would make it the opposite of Frieza's evolution.
Frieza = Small - Big - Bigger - Small
Cooler = Big - Small - Smaller - Big
