So I figured Bill Cipher shouldn't be too difficult to rig, so it'll be a good practice. I looked at his arms, and I don't know how it works. Sometimes, it looks like it's made of segments; other times, it looks it's curved. I'm going on the assumption that the curve is only for special gestures, and the other times, it's made of segments. I'm trying to go for show accuracy here, so if you know a technique to mimic Bill Cipher's arms, please leave a comment! Also, I don't bother trying to remember the technical names, so do beware of that if leaving a comment.
