I don't know why the ground was wet just at this single spot in this underpass. But I noticed the strong smell of urine, as you often can find it in underpasses, so maybe this explains the origin of the small puddle? Anyway, when I moved my feet across the puddle to smudge the fluid a little bit across the filthy floor, and the filth seemed to absorb the fluid, resulting in a smeary ground and turning the gray color of the dry filth into a pitch black smeary substance.

I love dancing on slightly slippery, smeary ground! It's so much easier to gently move your feet across the floor to the music!
