Ug, Why can't I make fur like this! Like I don't understand why when I try to make fur it never comes out this way, or looks like fur in general. ;_____; this is so beautiful, btw. Good job. xDΒ Β

This looks lovely! I adore the somewhat hard-ish edge combined with the smooth color transitions and mildly saturated lighting. You did a wonderful job with this, and I can see you worked a long time with this, as you really managed to capture the random, yet not so random fur direction perfectly right! I also love how you made the transition from the short fur at the face to the dense and heavy-ish neck fur look so natural. A lot of people seem to think that fur is just fur texture, but it is more about length and direction than anything else. That certainly isn't the case with you x)
I really adore this stylized, yet realistic fur, and I hope I will see more of it in the future!

I really tried to make it look like there were thinner guard hairs at the top and thicker, more bunched up fur at the bottom.. It kind of worked. I mean it looks good for something I've really never given too much time to, however I think if my hand wasn't hating right now, I could have spent a lot more time on it.. Which I'll probably go back and do after I look at it like ten times. xD

That's ok, most of new works where I add the fur take up to 6 hours

I never use to , I sit and Im like am I almost Finnish , 2hours in nope still more to go
