there are no actual letters for the sounds in the lenape language (like an ß is to ss in german) because we have no alphabet, at least im pretty sure we didn't... so we do our best to use the alphabet we know to create those sounds in readable waysa lenape language children's book idea is running in my head, here is an illustration of a potential page
