...A quiet moment alone, they had made the mistake of leaving the seam-ripper in the same room. He looked nonchalant, then dived for the blade. In the split second before the "owners" came back into the room, he knew that he would have to do something drastic, something no seamstress in the world would be able to sew back up. He'd given himself the little cuts before, but hadn't been able to end it cleanly, and they'd just stitched him back up like it had been an accident, and tightened the watch on him. The Bastards. He sliced. Right up the inseam.
His last thought, as the world dissolved into fuzz and darkness, was for Martha. She'd be able to take care of the beanies without him, wouldn't she?

Lovely work, really nice and viceral on the entrails, and a nice light absorbing fabricy feel on the body. perhaps a couple more highlights on the intestines, but other than that, very funky.

Hey monk,
ok I leave you the choice,
either you lay down some of your amazing colors on a piece of mine
either you do a step bye step of the next piece you do (you know just choose save-as every 20 minutes and post them here)
because i just luuuuuv your coloring,
with danimation not coloring anymore and warlockss banned here your moving to nr 2 in my book ! (right after seed ...)
greets Soulrailer

Well it's too late for that now! I'm too far into my next piece, but maybe I'll do the step by step thing for the one after that. If it's not top secret, like most of my spy stuff.

Good Odin! Now I understand. Christ Deviantart takes along time to load on a slow internet connection. But fantstic work, my brudda. Simply fantastic.

You are welcome. I wasn't actually sure whether or not you had gotten what I was trying to say earlier on, but I think you do now (like you said).

Very cool job.
I've been making some lineart lately by going over a drawing in Macromedia Flash MX. Though, I'm exporting it as an Image, in this case, a .png, and I'm not sure how to make the lines high resolution. Would the actual size of the image have to be larger?

I am fully clueless. Allthough I possess Macromedia Flash MX, I barely ever use it. But I imagine (and can't guarantee anything), that you will have to get the image to the size you want it before exporting. Since in Photoshop, the image is contained and saved as pixels on the screen, things get blurry when resizing (because each pixel gets blown up). Flash is a vector program, containing the image as mathematics, so infinite resizing is possible (since the pixels are made a-new each time when re-sizing). But if you save an image as a .png in Flash, and then open it in Photoshop (for example), you won't be able to make it high res, since you're not working with vectors anymore.

It was at the size I needed it to be when I went over it in Flash. I'm just not sure how to export the file as a Vector, to preserve the quality of the lines. When one sends you a picture to CG, what file-type is it?

Thanks, I've been working on the non-shiny now! It's hard, but when I really focus, I can sometimes make it.
