Well let’s put it this way; We foot fetishists likely have a wiring problem in our somatosensory cortex of our brains. Since the reflexes involved in seeing certain body parts on another individual pass close to one another, some of the nerves get mixed up and change which parts of the brain they stimulate.
The part that would normally be excited for seeing genitalia, now gets excited (or in rare cases exclusively) by seeing feet of the orientation of their preference (Which is also a wiring problem).
Personally Fluttershy I enjoy observing (Nice looking) feet, looking at their architecture just as someone would look at a nicely built house. Others find enjoyment from a sexual stimulation (which we won’t discuss here, as this is a safe image) by interacting with them, whether by touch, smell, or even taste.
Again there is a stigma to this fetish (namely because of the societal norm to cover up ones’ feet, and it is kind of embarrassing.), but we are harmless as a sub-population.
