Master Billy (pre-Quizboy, age 12) takes his mother to prom
My guess is Billy had a real date but she Duckied him on the day of the prom, so mom stepped in (over his objections).
You don't run away from home at fifteen and not see your mom for 22 years if some shit didn't go down. This prom is the tip of the iceberg.
She wore high heels, for one. Dick move.
Rose is the first non-Conjectural Technologies show character I've drawn. I gave her a Bernadette Peters poodle-perm and an oversized beaded batwing cardigan because that screams "mom formal" and "1986" loudest to me. Your mileage may vary.
