Description
Professor L. Chukkle, aka, "Dr. Cackle before he let himself go", was the original 'Dr. Cackle' from Nefarious back when the game was called Macro. He built all of proto-Crow's robots and was the lead nerd in his squad of goonies. Also he has fantastic hair.Redesigning these guys is very fun. You can see Jhano's original concept on the top right.
