Again with 2019-2020When Transforms Rid2015 was getting an Arabic Dub, When I first saw scratch On the tv, he straight Up become my fav (and I still wonder why), although there is not much to him, he still have a special place in my heart along side other characters (from other cartoons)
for this drawing of him I took some inspiration from BlueIke 's drawing of razorpaw and AutoAcafiles ' Scratch Design (on Tumblr)
also sounds like a bad joke, but doing search on scratch is what lead me to the website "Scratch",
