It's rather amazing how color can improve a picture so drastically.
not that it was bad in the beginning mind you, it just seems to be so much better with color.
and that... is rather a strange thing to say when you see a blurry picture like this.

Oh yes! It really looks much better with colours. As u know I wanted to draw it in black and white, but then decided to do it with coulours, cuz it makes it more vivid.

I draw with a very fine brush
I'm sorry but I don't have any tutorials /: Some time ago I also searched for some, but good tutorials are hard to find...
If I want something 'special' to draw, then I try on a piece of paper as long as I got a good result.
I also tried to draw lots of different materials some time ago. That was a help. U could also try that: just look at the material in real (look at every single detail) and then try to draw it, and try as long as you got a result u like C:

this is so amazing I wish I could have the completed version on my wall. I love it and I want to draw dragons like this...you don't understand how much I want to draw like this I need some serious tutorials, yeah, tutorials... anyways great job friend.

If it's a help: look at the anatomy of "normal" creatures, for example a bat (cuz of the wings). Look at real creatures in the zoo: how they move, how their skin look like, and so on^^ I'm often in the zoo and I always get new ideas from there^^ (If u go to the zoo always take a sketch book with you ^-^)
