It kinda looks like transformers prime soundwave

Very cool. It seems to have a mix-up of two distinct styles. There's the minimalist, metallic silver and glowy lines aesthetic reminiscent of an ancient, powerful precursor species and also the sterile, stark white with blue highlights and somewhat unfinished outer layer like the archetypical final prototype.
