This was a big test of my tablet/computer translation

I'm gonna try and put more effort into linework and
DEFINITELY LEARN HOW TO COLOR!!!!!

What first pops out at me is.... CUTE!!! I love your style and pretty much everything about this artwork. But, I wouldn't be writing this critique if there weren't problems.
The mix of smooth blending of the colors and the reassuring edge of sketching together aren't always the best combo. The colors are very clean and well-done, but the lines are sort of messy around the neck area.
It looks half-finished to me. It appears as if you just stopped drawing and coloring at a certain point. The BEAUTIFUL face of this pup sort of distracts me from it, but it seems as if you kind of just put all your work into that instead of the whole body.
Suprisingly, I don't really have very much to say to you. Two problems is actually a record for me. I could probably take over as Judge Judy one day if I wanted to. But this is a truly good piece of art!! Keep going!!
