Ah! I was confused because of the way the fabric beneath the cage clung to the edges--did you sew or otherwise adhere it to fabric that went over the cage to give it that shape? And did you use crinoline or steel boning for the cage?

No, I didn't sew the dress to the cage... the fabric simply is over the structure
For the cage I used no crinoline, only aluminum steels
