have you heard what they are calling their new version that is coming out......Dungeons and Dragons NEXT. it is so gonna suck
I also play 3.5 only, we tried 4.0 and it was boring they basically took all the roleplay skills out and made it a hack n slash game
guess thats what happens when you fire everyone who made game stuff for you for years and hire a bunch of video game designers

I heard about it, but after the 4.0 fiasco I decided I'm not touching anything but 3.5 with a ten foot pole lol. I hadn't heard that that's what happened, with the firing and hiring, what a mess! ><;;

yup, it gets worse.
4.0 was released like a few months after Gary Gygax died, same thing with their cleaning house of all the old game designers and writers.
Gygax was always a strong voice when it came to TSR screwing stuff up with D&D so the timing is more than a little convenient for them.
now they are using his name to sell Wizard magazine....it has been renamed Gygax monthly
