This page should really be entitled, how not to draw animals. These are by and large, terrible. But they're sketches, so they're allowed to be terrible. This was also the first page I did based on instructions from "Drwaing With Lee Ames" so hadn't quite adjusted to the directions there.

I blame this partially on the crappy pen I was using. Sucks when you discover your pen is dying after you've already left the house. Draw with bad pen, or don't draw at all? You can see teh squiggles of me trying to get the pen to ink more evenly up in the corner.

I do like the cats on the bottom. The kangaroo looks really pissed off at what I poor job I did with it.
