Totally forgot to upload his reference sheet here, so here it is! My dragon Deku!

You'll notice he's been aged up. In the Dragon!AU, UA is a specialty college, not a high school.

I'll throw a little character lore info here since I can type more out here than on Twitter:
In tune with the "weak and useless Deku" he initially started out as, Izuku has stubby wings and lacks the ability to truly fly (think along the lines of a chicken). He's also a lot smaller than most dragons and is the second smallest in class-1A, right after Mineta. His claws are also very small, and try as he might, they just won't sharpen and can't be used in combat. Most dragon breath abilities are closely tied with quirks, so Deku has no genetic breath ability.
After receiving One-For-All, he started to fly just a /little/ bit more. Since his claws do no damage, he activates his quirk during swipes and stomps to give them some oomph (this is instead of punches). He received his injuries the same as canon, during his fight with Shoto.
His hero costume includes a sleeve with segmented armor to keep his injury safe. It's an obvious weak spot that villains would take advantage of. His vigilante costume includes Gran Torino's scarf (because why would a dragon wear a cape?) and mid-gauntlets that strengthen and stabilize his attacks rather than just protecting his arm like his sleeve does.

How quirks work with Dragon Deku:
One-For-All: Same as canon. Lighting appears around his body and causes enhanced strength and abilities. Sometimes sparks of lightning appear around his lips when he gets really angry, even when he's not purposefully activating his quirk. It's likely this lightning will become a breath ability in the future, but it's not right now.
OFA Full Cowling: since Deku can't fly well, he uses FC to boost wingbeats and hop around much like his canon counterpart. He learned this from watching Gran Torino, a tiny dragon with completely useless wings, and Bakugou, who uses explosions from his wingbeats to give himself extra force when flying.
OFA Air Force: Since dragons are semi-anthropomorphic, Deku /could/ use finger flicks for AF, but that's often overly complicated for a species that generally fights on all fours. He originally used this power by stomping his feet, but has since branched into wing flaps, tail flicks, and even a (milder, but still useful) breath attack using air pressure. Stamps by far overpower the use of anything else in regards to AF.

Black Whip: Shoot from his hands and mouth just like canon. In addition, it can also be used with the first two fingers of his wings. He does use it Spiderman style to get around like canon, but uses his wings more when it comes to things like catching people or moving objects.
Fa Jin: Works and appears just like canon. Typically used mostly in his legs and wings.
Danger Sense: Same as canon.
Smokescreen: While in canon it seems to come from his entire body, dragon Deku's smokescreen comes in the form of a breath ability as an exhale. The more he inhales, the the ticker and larger of a smokescreen he can make. It's not unusual for small amounts to come from anywhere though.
Float: This is what helps Deku to fly. Shimura was a dragon with no wings, so this quirk was special to her despite most dragons not seeing it as anything special (most can fly, you know). While he mostly uses black whip and full cowling to get around, he will use float to relieve some of the stress on his wings and/or hold himself stationary in the air without having to flap his wings.

Keep in mind that this reference was compiled to line up with canon Deku through season 6 of the anime. I'm sure things will change in the future, but this is what he is right now.
