For the makeup you could try taking a bright blue from the center of the lid and bringing in up to the brow line and down to the corner of the eye and nose with pink coming off the other side in just past the eye a little with a soft pink//nude lipgloss for the lips...I think it'd be cool looking.
Anyways, like the detailing on the top, very pretty, love bright colours, and I hope your photo-shoot goes well.

Oh wow, that color combination is absolutely gorgeous! I love how the dress it light and airy, gives more of a fairy feel than if it had been bulky. Those wings are to die for! If fairies were real, their wigs would look like that. Beautiful detail work. As always, your work is incredible!
