Description I'm so, so excited to be able to finally share this with you! Whether in the jungles of Luxtal, the lichen forests of Xibalba, plains of Dakkar, or the grand Emerald Plain, one can see the gigantic spires of Vidah'zi erupting from the land. Originally, this city was founded by Baak'al some millennia ago; the gigantic spires are in fact a tribute to the original king of Vidah'zi. Baak'al architecture is rather different from human architecture, such as high-vaulted doorways and open designs, so that one can walk through with their head (and horns) held high. Their cities are always walled and indeed usually have the large spires at the center near the palace. In Vidah'zi the palace has since become a governmental building, home to thousands of workers that control trade through four provinces (and indeed, further into Tuub'luuk). Vidah'zi means "crossroads"; an appropriate name for a city placed where four provinces meet. Both wind-ships and Xinjiangtitan come to Vidah'zi to load and unload their cargos, then return to their homes with all kinds of goods from far-off lands. This shift came when the Piknuk'et took control of the city from the Baak'al thousands of years ago in a great war. Vidah'zi in this way is basically an inland port, placed at the edge of a gigantic cenote (limestone cave filled with freshwater) that provides its peoples/sentients with plenty of food and water.
