Then what makes Kira's Grimm number then? I somehow think Kira's the 5th Grimm and Perpetuum is like the big boss and Kira does not like to be bossed around by Perpetuum because s/he looks like a kid compared to Kira. X D

I've actually wrote that Kira is IT"S boss. (unoficially)
It's 01, but it's an except. It's the weakest of all of grim reapers. It fights better than them due to it's age but, still soesn't have powers like them.
And Kira is number 28 - the last and youngest of them. (before there appears 29)

I know. I've read. I don't know but it seems like the other way around seems Perpetuum seems like a emotionless and stoic boss and Kira is full of "intimidating" expressions that will always be pissed if Perpetuum orders him/her around but that's just my opinion. OwO

Not exactly, but almost. PM is very stoic, but due to it's low position it doesn't give any orders to anyone. And it goes very good along with Kira c: But yes. Kira is pissed when someone orders her, but this person is Mirai (I'll put some ref of this dude soon too ^^)
It was supposed to, but PM is a fail. Something like a prototype. Here the strongest is number 2 ^^ *and lower number = younger and less skilled (with small excepts)*

Actually all my grim characters are genderless, but most of them keep some features from their previous selves. And Mirai was ans still acts like a Male character. *about his weird look, that's a longer story XD*
No. Not a robot. It got's soul and will just like a human, but it's emotions are more limited and weaker.

It's funny because I'm planning to make genderless characters too. At first, I was undecided to make this; e-c98.deviantart.com/art/Are-y… a male or a female but some suggested Chiku should be genderless or change his/her gender anytime s/he wants. I guess "genderless" is the perfect choice. But then I thought; what about the voice? If genderless characters had to change voices depending on what gender they're playing now is kinda weird.

No need to worry. There exist characters in some anime that you just can't tell what is their gender (Crona XD). So all needed is a universal-voice
