A newer version of this icon and alot more stuff is available on my website: PixelResort.comA replacement icon for TextEdit, Notepad or anyother of your programs that requires that ruffled "notepad, pencil, post-it look"

Wanted to use it for Text Edit so bad, I had to dip into the application bundle and hax the icns file.
I've got the icns file I used, if you wanted to throw that into your zip file.

Do i need to rename the file or anything?
When i browse for icon files on my computer, that one is not working.
Windows xp.

Well this is only a PNG file, not an actual icon file you need to use a program to convert it, like PixaDex (if you're on a mac)
Theres been a couple of request for a converted icon file, i may throw it in the zip file, when i get it worked out.
