The secret is that this wild cat can see dead cats but no other cats can. Lol I recently watched a film called 'Paranorman' and got the idea from that.
This has a super eerie atmosphere really like the misty effect on the ground and how the lighter colors stand out from the blacks & greys very well balanced.

Not an easy thing to convey, I'd imagine. Feels like a whole lot of subtlety here, and like there's some deeper meaning to the whole piece I'm just shy of understanding.
