I didn't like this quite as much as I like the other pictures in your gallery at first, but the more I look at it the more it draws me in... you have completely captured the feeling of the sunset and the reflections off the water....it's incredible.

This must have been gorgeous to see-- did you paint it from life or from a photo?
I really like your style; it's not so realistic that you strive to include every fine detail (like every single leaf on the tree), but it is so well done that you don't need to-- you get the feeling that they're all there anyway. The colors in the sky are beautiful. And... is that... a green fly buzzing around?

This reminds me of the wetlands my town has. The painting is really serene, it seems like a place you can go and reflect on things quietly.
