It's okay, they're still cuccoos: i.e. the scariest enemies ever in any Zelda game. They're invincible, and can summon their fellow cuccoo horde.
If they're on your side, you've got nothing to fear, not even being bullied by girly girl Vaati (YES I SAID IT *hides behind cuccoos*)
