And this brings up a fact that I think most are forgetting if there are comments of this kind "What does Spike mean?" or "How does he even know about that?". True, Spike might be a baby dragon. But dragons are known for living through millenia or being right down inmortal when it's about age and not about injuries or battle. Twilight hatched him probably at 6 or 7 and all of the mane six strike me as being in the mid-twenties considering that most of them live without their family/parents and have stable jobs (Pun not intended) so Spike should be 18 at the bare minimum. A legal adult by other species' but barely a hatchling to a dragon.
