B overall - The piece is too busy for my tastes.
The C+ is because everyone does globes and blues (I am guilty of it too).
A- ...it looks like you really got the hang of layering.

this is awesome I know quite a few people who would think this is too bright, because I get it all the time. If you use "apply image" in Photoshop, it will make the picture darker without losing any of the richness of color. great job anyways, i like bright stuff more than dark
