"I was rather startled upon my first acquantiance with elflings to find they are humongously unlike their prideful cousins, whom they refer to as "the earth striders." They are an incredulously merry folk with festivals held for every visitor and seemingly every lucky happenstance. And despite their secluded living quarters they are more than welcoming.

If there is one trait they hold in similarity to the elves it is their affinity with mother nature and her creatures. In fact, the most bizarre thing I encountered during my stay with them is the massive chickens they house! They insisted to me that the beasts can fly as high as any falcon or hawk. While I'm doubtful of this statement I lack the vigor to tell this to their kind faces." - Demetrius Falk

The prompt this time around was chicken so I had to go all out with some oversized ones. The playful elflings also make an appearance here. Not to be confused with the tall, graceful elves otherwise the elves may just be tempted to kill you. The elflings think it's hilarious though so that's fair game.
