This is pretty cute.
I think the socks, dog collar and pacifier are pretty cute. And I'm pretty keen on hypnosis too.
Going to give you some constructive criticism (terse nitpicks really) since I would like to see you grow as an artist. I noticed the back legs and the front of the diaper are a bit off. She is also missing her cutie mark on her legs (You should be be able to see them with this pose). Also, the hypnosis eyes aren't giving the effect they should be giving the viewer and the pacifier is positioned poorly as it should be lower and more to the side.
