Description        I opened the door and it was RJ.
"Uhm, are you okay? You called earlier and I heard you scream so I came right over" He told me, sounding worried.
"Oh..." I said. I had forgotten all about that. He looked at me with concern. "Well..." I had no idea what to say, and I found myself just looking at him. "Come inside." I said, grabbing the lapel on his shirt and pulling him into the house. I closed the door behind him. Pushing him up against it, I stared right into his eyes.
"Listen to me carefully," I said quietly. "This will sound really crazy, but I'm not crazy, okay? There are ghosts in my house."
He stared at me, "are you sure?" He asked.
"What do you mean 'am I sure'? Of course I'm sure!" I said, letting go of his shirt and pacing a few feet and then back over to him. "There's a kid that's a poltergeist and a little girl and a flapper and, I swear to god, RJ, they're in my house!"
"I think you should lay down." He told me.
I looked at him and saw the concern in his eyes, and then realized that everything I had just said made me sound like a nut job. "I probably should."
He walked me upstairs into my room and I sat down on my bed.
"I'll be back to check up on you later," He said and kissed the top of my head. "I'm just gonna go, I'll see ya' later." He said, and closed the door to my room behind him.

POV Change

I closed the door behind me and took a step, then looked back at the door, wondering weather I should really leave her. She might need me for something. I decided to hang out here for a few minutes in case she starts getting freaked out again.
I walked down the stairs and I saw someone walk through the doorway and disappear into the family room. I stopped, my heart rate picking up. I snuck over to the door way and peered in. There was no one in there and I came out from my hiding spot. I leaned on the door way and looked around the room, then turned back and walked quietly toward the kitchen. There was no one there either.
Thoroughly creeped out, I pondered what Alex had said to me. Maybe she did have ghosts in her house.
Just then, I felt a hand tug on the hem of my shirt. I looked down to see a little girl with blond locks and pale, dead green eyes.
"Wanna play?" She asked in a hoarse voice.
My eyes widened to a point where I thought they would pop out of my head, and I screamed bloody murder.

POV change back

A chill ran up my spine and I heard RJ scream downstairs. I jumped out of bed and half-ran, half-stumbled down the stairs. I turned the corner to find him nearly passed out from fear on the ground with Missy standing in front of him.
"Missy," I scolded, "You're scaring him!"
She turned and looked at me, "I just wanna play!" she said, in her hoarse, whispery voice.
"Well, go play with Greg," I told her.
"Oh," she wailed in disappointment, "fine." and with that she ran back up the stairs. I walked up to RJ and crouched next to him. He had his hand on his heart and looked really pale.
"Are you okay?" I asked him. He looked at me, complete confusion and surprise covered his face.
"You know her name?" He questioned, his voice cracking a little.
"Yeah, there are three; Kat, Greg, and Missy." I informed him and helped him to his feet. "You'd better meet them before you get more freaked out." He nodded, still a little woozy. "Greg," I called.
"What?" We both jumped and turned to see Greg standing right behind us. "Jesus Christ, don't scare me like that!"
"Sorry," He said in a sarcastic kind of way. "What do you want?"
       "This is my friend RJ."
Greg looked at RJ, his face showing his disinterest. "Cool, why am I aware of this?"
"I'm gonna go find Kat, make sure he doesn't faint." I told him and ran up the stairs.
Once I got to the office, I found that Kat wasn't still in there and sighed. She must have moved, too, under my radar. I left the room and walked to the stairs, but stopped at the top.
"Wait," I heard RJ call, and decided to listen in. I'm not even going to pretend I'm not the type to eves drop. "What's so obvious?"
"Well, first of all," Greg was talking now, "that blush earlier. She gets within 5 inches of your face and you're a tomato. Second, you swoon. I mean, what was the puppy-dog sigh when she went upstairs?"
I felt my cheeks redden and I stood. I covered my mouth with my hand and walked quietly back to the office. This time when I walked down the hallway I made as much noise as possible and joined them at the bottom of the stairs. "Can't find her." I told them.
