Looking back on Daniela and Evie through art, favorite moments, potential memes, discussions/reflections, and more!

Welcome, friends, to Mental Health Awareness Month and Asian Pacific American Heritage Month 2023! May is the one month where I am most busy, as I dedicate my time to talk about Daniela and her importance to me. But, compared to the last time I did this (2021), I'm ALSO celebrating Asian Pacific American Heritage Month with Evie, who is notably Vietnamese-American! So what can you expect to see during this month?

ART: Well, duh! You'll get to see me draw both Daniela and Evie, detailing their lives in short through their art. How Dani's mindset has greatly come into conflict with her decisions and has influenced them for better or for worse - and how Evie is influenced by her heritage, something her mother uses to mold her into the perfect, educated, successful daughter.

SCENES: Mostly modern adaptations of scenes from Two-Sided, LMP, and more! There will be no dialogue, as TS and some of LMP is slated for rewriting due to... *hides my cringe writing from 2021* that. Instead, you'll get me describing the scenes and giving details.

MEMES: Only one meme, and if you know me personally, you'll know a certain singer from Canada likes fire... spoiler: not Veela.

DISCUSSION/REFLECTING: If there's one thing I love, it's to talk about my OCs. As you know, Daniela is my favorite and I enjoy talking about her story! Evie is also one of my favorites because she is just too relatable and sometimes unintentionally hilarious to write. I'll reflect on their development - and maybe share hints of what to see in a TS/LMP rewrite? *eyes*

See you tomorrow for image 2 - we'll be starting with Daniela, and then switching to Evie, and then switching back and forth and back and forth! On the 31st, I'll do an image with BOTH Daniela and Evie since their relationship is a key part of Season 3!
