Very nice. The entire piece ties together very well, probably through the limited color palette, and the Mech design is very good, too. The lower legs do look a bit frail, but it's nice to actually see a Mech pic that's not Anime style and does not just look like a huge man in armor.

Not Anime style? Try look for Masamune Shirow's Appleseed, this mecha is quite stolen from that manga, the head especially, it's only more "macho" and goofy.

I'm not talking about the 'Mech design. There's nothing wrong with that. Even Classic BattleTech was a bunch of 'Mechs that look like they just stprung out of an Anime.
I am talking about drawing style here. Most stuff I stumble across is by far not as detailed as this, and just looks like a picture from a (badly drawn) Manga.

Not bad man, not bad at all. The overall design of this mech of yours is eerily resembles the Mech/bad guy from Robocop 2, but the variations still strike one to see this for the unique mech it is. Keep it coming.

Very nice painting, but I think if you're going for an agile mech it looks rather clumsy.
Things like monkeys and cats (agile creatures) have long arms and narrow shoulders and hips, whereas your mech has quite short limbs and looks more like a gorilla.
