Strangely enough, wouldn't this whacky face show when he is in jet mode?
Megatron: "Skywarp! Teleport over the Autobot positions and open fire!"
(Skywarp teleports and transforms into jet mode, ready to attack)
Skywarp: "Why are all the Autobots laughing at me?!"

So, acccording to my painstaking calculations (involving FRACTIONS BTW) that took hours to compute, those googly eyes are at least 3 feet wide each. Which makes Skywarp pretty resourceful or at least very lucky. Which he is. 8)
