I never saw her as nothing but pure evil to the bone and only after money and power. I believe she thought that she was doing what was best for the prey community, wanting them to be free from fear of claws and fangs from predators, but took the wrong methods and was blinded by her anger, fear, and stress that got the best of her no thanks to Lionheart and any other predators that created this fear inside that she couldn't escape from and later forgot who she used to be with nobody to help her turn around. Even if I can't condone her actions, I understand her situation as I have been there before. I mean I never broke the law or took part in illegal activities, but when it comes to movie fandoms, I can understand what would drive some of our favorite tragic villains to do what they did.

That evil little innocent-looking sheep. Beautiful artwork portraying her in that fake image of the assistant mayor. What a pity she turned how she did. Lionheart treats her like crap, and she's bound to snap. Jenny Slate gave her such an adorable voice, even after her true colours were shown. This one will always love Bellwether in a forgiving way, believing she went through a lot of hell in work stress and abuse from others for being a defenseless little sheep. Can't condone her actions, but understand where she comes from in the speculative background.
