Here are some doodles from a while back when I was still obsessed with Treasure Planet. These are my OC's that I made up.....Don't laugh at me! You know you do it too!
Anyway, I was looking through my sketchbook and thought that I should upload them. Why? Because I am bored....oh well.
The girls name is Kelly and she and Jim don't get along very well, as you can tell from the sketch up there.
She is an aspiring special ops. agent and kicks Jim's ass all the time she she gets mad at him. The Lizard man is Frank, Jim's roommate and friend at the Academy. He is a 7 foot, giant lizard that looks an awful lot like Godzilla and is a huge klutz. Isn't he cute!? ^///^
And the tentacle-haired lady's name is Estella, both Jim and Kelly's friend, she is very patient when the two of them fight. She is kind hearted and tough. With knuckles like metal gauntlets, you would be confidant too!

You imply that since she is for a disney inspired story, that she HAS to be in the disney style. It doesn't have to be that way. And for your information, that was my first time drawing in that style. Give me a break.
I think you have your terms mixed up. The character DESIGN is not mine, but the character herself is mine. I created her personality and brought her into existence. I did not just pull the Amelia design off the tv screen and call it mine. She is her own person that I created. She is my original character but her physical design is not mine.

You drew everything else Disney style. All I'm saying is try next time. It won't kill you to actually put forth an effort, will it? It just seems extremely lazy of you to just slap her in there. The tentacle girl too. A variant of Amelia's design would have been better than just straight up copying the design. Perhaps making the tentacles shorter.
Let me guess her personality: spunky, adventurous, head strong, self confident. Gee where have I heard that before? I think you're the one with their terms mixed up.

Not my business? Then who's business is it? She posted this on a public site. I went browsing through other TP oc's and came across this. I left a comment (which is what this site is for). I didn't insult her. I didn't bash her ability. I made a simple observation.
You are the one that should stay out of this. This isn't your picture or your characters. I wasn't talking to you in the first place. I didn't hijack your comment like you've done mine. So unless you are the same person as your 'sister' I say this is none of your business.

How about you read the artist comments before throwing down your "guess" on her personality? I am not just some stereotypical fan girl to make up a typical mary-sue.

Well,I'm sorry to break it to you but your character doesn't look anything like the disney style. You have work to do as well. If anything, my first attempt looks more like the disney style then your last attempt. Maybe you should think about what you are going to say before you say something hypocritical.
People only go "batshit" because you make extremely rude and unnecessary comments. If you weren't such a jerk when you commented on other people's art they wouldn't get angry. There is a difference between criticism and insult.

Did I insult you? All I did was express my opinion of your characters just like you did to mine. And another opinion I have is that you're wrong, I think my character looks more 'Treasure Planet' than yours. I also drew her nine months ago, I was just showing you how she started out not Disney like - you know how your character is. No matter what you say she still doesn't fit in with the others.
If you want me to be rude it'll happen if you don't stop being a little brat about this. I told you how I saw you characters and you dragged this conversation out by being unreasonably objective. If you can't tell by now that you have been insulting me from the start then you need a serious brain check up. I don't mind that you have an opinion and I am perfectly open to everyone's opinions. But if you come here and express your opinion in such a rude and insulting manner that you did I will not take it as an opinion but rather you just trying to make me angry.
