Well, here is the adult version of Adler. So far you've mostly seen him in my Adler's Prelude comic. [link] In my comics his mother, Ashien, wants him to grow up big and strong. As you can see that he grew up rather well. I mention this in his character sheet, but he is an almost near mirror image of his father. With the exception of his skin and hair color. Though, his father was bigger.If you have seen Ashien you know she has markings on her body. Adler has some too, but his are on his back.
I really intended to make his arms a tiny bit thinner. I think his arms look a little too thick for the rest of him. It works for this picture since I was making a beefcake image. The girls should feel free to voice their opinions. I'm pretty new to the beefcake thing. Just try to keep your eyes UP.
This was partly inspired by a drawing Fred Perry did of the character Erge who appears in his LvlUP series on his art blog. They look nothing alike, but I thought I would mention that.

It's not really tan. He gets his darker skin tone from his mother. It's natural.

There are many shades of darker skin so i didn't want to refer him as white if he's black...ya know what I mean? T_T

I kind of over built him in this picture since it's a beefcake shot, but that's how he looks nude. Slightly thinner arms though. His father was that muscular or larger then Adler.

I personally don't mind the beefcake thing THAT much, but the fangirls must have surely frozen hell over. Twice.
On a side note, this actually makes for good muscle reference material. Mind if I snatch it?

Uh oh. We're in trouble. I just did the hearts-for-eyes trick. Two things: It's too late for me to be up, and Adler is totally effing...DROOLWORTHY. Personally, I think it's more of the latter.
faving this AND adding it to bookmarks so I can read his story. (His mum's hot, too. It just...feels to creepy (to my sleep deprived mind, at any rate) to be drooling when there's a kid involved. But eh.).

Glad you enjoyed the picture. Really, I drew his arms too thick for his slim form. I kind of went overboard with the beefcake theme.
If you like big guys. Adler's father was bigger then he is. Taller and a bit more muscular. Maybe one day I'll draw him, but I'm not too concerned with him now. He died before even Ashien knew she was pregnant.
Well, the picture of Ashien and Adler in the bath isn't intended to be sexual in any way. That's a sweet moment image.
The guys didn't enjoy this picture much. I think they were intimidated.

About the oversized complains, I can just see it as your style. You do mantain the consistency of the style and make it work, so it's ok for me. Its a great drawing wich shows your capacity of being very versatile. Some people can't draw both genders. I for one am terrible at drawing womans for example. But i guess I'm improving recently. ^^

You see, I dunno why people are backing away so much from this. And from the general oversizedness, well, it is oversized in many aspects, but that's just your style, and that is a great one. Even oversized, you maintain the drawing consistency and it all work together. Its a great drawing overall. ^^

Adler, on average, isn't going to be that beefcaked out. It was mostly just for this picture.

You know. I know the reference, but I always wondered where they got that idea for the bloody nose for when someone is thinking of something perverted. I'll have to look that up.
It may just be another way to show what someone is thinking without showing how the body is actually reacting.
