I will never like Trixie. Unless she shows up in season 3, totally reformed and a kinder pony instead of being all bark and no bite, self absorbed, egotistical, ego-driven, credit stealing rudeness, anyway.
But I'm proud of Fluttershy. Good to see her standing up for herself and her friends like that. As is my ever faithful, highly epic, miniature Demon Kiwi, Peewee (Not the nearly-as-cute phoenix hatchling). ... He's proud. He's just busy eating skittles right now. *Peewee goes into the bag and the sound of crunching Skittles is heard*

She tried to steal credit for Twilight stopping the Ursa Minor. She may not have actually managed it, but she would, and probably has done so in the past (Before the show, to build herself up as 'the great and powerful' Trixie). I could forgive her if she'd just admit that she's not 'great and powerful' and tried to redeem herself.

I tend to notice that kind of thing. She's not truly bad, just, not easy to really like. I guess the fanon can help her overcome her failings. Hopefully they add that to the show in the third season, if they choose to bring her back. They seem fond of one-off characters that are destined to become fanonically more than they were based on hopes.
