Genders are valid if they are male, female, no gender identity (agender), or non-binary being somewhere on the spectrum between male and female. Either you are male, female, a mix of the two, or no gender at all. Transgender would simply be feeling a gender other than that which you were assigned at birth, so there's no real need to list it in what is real, since someone who identifies as transgender male is just... male, as far as their gender is concerned. So it's already covered under male, female, or non-binary in-between.
