Description
A small wheel-thrown pot bisqued and then glazed, and then fired again. This was the last dregs of a green glaze that we found while cleaning the studio out. We're not entirely sure what the metals used in this glaze were, copper was definitely in there. It created this great reduction on the inside which we couldn't quite capture that turned a metallic blue colour.Related content

This is very, very cool.
I must have attempted wheel-thrown pots about 8 times a semester or so while taking ceramics classes, and only once did I make something even halfway decent, so I find this piece very impressive!
The blue on the inside looks amazing, too.
